Our policy states as followed,

We accept exchange(s) or store credit only up to 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations. Returns must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that was received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following item(s):

-Bodysuits

-White/beige

-Gift cards

-No longer in stock

-Bought on a sale day (clearance)

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE ITEMS ARE IN USPS CARE AS WELL AS ERRORS OR MISTAKES MADE ON ADDRESS BY THE CUSTOMER.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the person will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the person.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
